Callshop is a simple and complete solution for facilities that allow customers to make low cost international calls. It is fully manageable via a complete web interface. Locutorio administrator (owner) creates the so-called cabins that are in VoIP data related accounts under the umbrella of the main account parlor.

A customer can make calls using one of your existing accounts (usually they are preconfigured on a PC softphone or iphones hardware) and when it was over pay in a box where an employee checks the sum total of the web and bills customers.

Distributors and Agents

VoipSwitch structure supports multiple accounts. The accounts are the supplier, distributors and two additional levels of sub-distributors. These accounts are serviced by the system in real time, which means that the credit control application controls the balance of a user in each level and ending calls when any of the balances of the structure is exhausted.

Accounts resellers can create and assign their own users, tariff plans and subscriptions. The provider assigns a basis resellers balance and controls the balance of resellers in real time regardless of balances and user fees resellers.

VoipSwitch supports various payment methods. It has been built so far with dozens of payment providers from different countries. Works with both providers and credit card portfolio systems too.

It is also compatible with payment systems InApp of AppleStore, Google, Amazon and others.

The online store is a software module that is responsible for processing transactions.
